Cy-Fair Kiwanis and Key Clubs Make Trauma Dolls for HCSO

The Cy-Fair Kiwanis and CFISD Key Clubs created trauma dolls for the Harris County Sheriffs Office. The dolls are given to children entering the hospital to help ease their anxiety, offer an outlet for expression and allow medical personnel to better communicate any procedures needed, while helping the child feel some control over their situation.

Third Annual A Taste of Cy-Fair

A Taste of Cy-Fair set a new record raising well more than $50,000 for Cy Hope! The annual event saw a little more than 2,200 in attendance and the number of participating restaurants, distributors and local businesses has tripled in size since year one. Food, drinks and fun were had by all who attended.

Fifth Annual Battle at the Berry

The Bridgeland marching band was named grand champion for the second consecutive year at the fifth annual “Battle at the Berry” marching band competition, held in October. Hosted by the Jersey Village marching band, the Battle at the Berry welcomed 19 bands from across the Houston area competing in four different classifications based on marching band size.

Cypress residents enjoyed wine and food tastings from Lakeland Village restaurants and other retailers, along with live music and kids’ activities at Bridgeland's sip and stroll event. Proceeds from ticket sales were donated to the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation.

Shots for Holly Flu Season Immunization Kick-Off

Cy-Ranch Boardwalk Bash at Towne Lake

Cy-Ranch High School held its annual pep-rally at the Towne Lake Boardwalk. Revelers celebrated the Mustangs football team and the beginning of the school year, enjoying performances by the Cy-Ranch cheerleaders, Classics drill team, marching band drum line and Ranch Rowdy's.
