The Cy-Creek and Cy-Ranch girls basketball teams held a blanket drive at their “Team Up Against Cancer” game to honor the brother of a Cy-Springs player who passed from cancer. Dance teams from 12 CFISD high schools showcased their talents at the 2019 CFISD Dance Showoffs held at the Berry Center in January. Each dance team performed two routines at the event, which kicked off with a performance by the All-District Dance Team.
The 21st Texas Volunteer Firefighter Relief Fund Parade of Lights thrilled spectators with 75 floats and vehicles on Dec. 9 and reminds us what amazing first responders we have working in our community. Hot chocolate and treats were enjoyed at the end of the parade at Cy-Falls High School where Santa and the Grinch made an appearance.

Inspiring HANDS held its annual fundraising gala on Nov. 3 at the Sterling Country Club. Proceeds from the gala and auction go directly to scholarships for summer camps and equine therapy benefiting people with disabilities.
